This week I want to play a game called Whose Version is Better? I’m going to list two artists (or groups) who sing the same song and I want you to tell me whose version you prefer.

Round One: Alexz Johnson vs The Backstreet Boys

In 2006 Canadian singer Alexz Johnson released the song “There’s Us” as part of the Instant Star Season Two Soundtrack.

The Backstreet Boys also released “There’s Us” as a bonus track on their 2007 album Unbreakable.

My question to you is, whose version of “There’s Us” is better?

Round Two: Kristinia DeBarge vs The Saturdays

As part of her 2009 debut album Kristinia DeBarge released a song titled “Died in Your Eyes.”

UK pop girl group The Saturdays also released “Died in Your Eyes” on the 2010 EP Headlines.

Whose version of “Died in Your Eyes” is better?

Round Three: Play vs Big Time Rush

After a four year hiatus Swedish girl group Play returned and released the song “Famous” which became their first number one hit on the Swedish charts in 2010.

That same year Big Time Rush released the “Famous” as a promotional single for their Nickelodeon show.

Now tell me, whose version of “Famous” is better?
